Montgomery even if a bit too hot. Dubai is beyond hot and way too dry as well while Tromso and Gdansk have summers that are too cool for my liking.

I am the lonesome polecat that chose Dubai. I view Dubai as being one heck of a big Beach and with plenty of places to cool off in if the heat gets to you.The interior of the Dubai Mall is a nice place to spend the Dubai summer, unless you want to go out and enjoy the beaches.

The world's largest indoor Ski Slope and Ski Resort inside Dubai Mall

I'm guessing Gdansk's summers aren't that different from Berlin, where I used to live, so I'd go with that. You might get the odd heatwave or thunderstorm but overall, much better than a guaranteed 3 months in an oven or a steambath.

Here is a long (Nearly an hour) documentary about Dubai's ski resort.

My main reason for choosing Dubai. although it is a fascinating country. The only time I actually visited there was when it was still all sand dunes and not developed. But I have several friends that have moved there, keep trying to get to go for a visit might take them up on it one day, if my health ever improves.

I went with Gdańsk. The summers there look excellent temperature-wise.
