Tomorrow Forecast:

Monday:nothing changes and instabilities continue over the eastern Northeast, due to the action of the Eastern Waves
(common weather system this time of year).

Most of the interior is dry,due to an dry and warm air mass!

To name a few more in Florida..

Stuart: 13.81"
Venice: 18.05"
West Palm Beach 18.28"
Daytona Beach: 20.5"
Melbourne: 24.64"
Tampa: 28.6"
Bonita Springs 31"

Is Miami getting as much as Seattle interesting? I don't follow either climate but considering Miami is well below normal and Seattle just -3.1" below I would say yes?

Yes this is extremely unusual. Especially considering more rain fell in April on the coast than in May, June, and July combined. (Late May is usually the start of the tropical wet season)

If the first half of the year were to repeat at my location I would record 19.96 inches of rain...semi arid?
