This is probably the only time I've ever had to think hard about a hot vs. cold climate battle. I think I'll go with Dubai. They both have the same brief window of comfortable weather (about four months) but Dubai has a huge sunshine advantage which I would find uplifting even if I'm stuck inside peering out the window.
Both ghastly climates though. I don't think I'd ever go outside in Dubai during summer with their 60+ C heat indices!
Novo. I am heat sensitive (although in the past year, I did suffer hypothermia. I may just be aging.) I was in Riverside, Ca. in last fall's heat wave where it hit 107 F (42? C). I was attending a soccer tourney at the University of California, Riverside. I got dropped off in the wrong area and I basically walked myself into heat exhaustion. First time I had actually had a sense of pending doom.
