Tallahassee is a veritable utopia compared to Kentucky! Even if I would have to put up with all the Noles fans (no offense)

My dream climatic average, by season:

Spring:
10c to 18c, crisp and dry throughout the day with a gentle warm breeze that sweeps across the land

Summer:
16c to 24c, cool and crisp in the morning, dry throughout the day, max temperature halting at 24c and a humidity of below 50% nipping it right before it becomes uncomfortable to walk long distances

Autumn:
10c to 18c, breezy throughout the day with intermittent drizzle and few light showers

Winter:
0c to 8c, refreshingly cold in the morning with flurries of snow, sun breaking through clouds in the afternoon to hit a high of 8c. Wouldn't mind occasional abnormal lows of -10c during this season especially around Christmas for good measure.

Try Nanaimo, Canada. Only 1,940.2 hours of sun though.

Very similar to Sydney, especially the coast.

This is a new variant of my dream climate, quite different from my first one.
Long and mild to warm summers with many thunderstorms are followed by a quick temperature and rainfall drop leading to mild, dry and rather sunny winters that are still cold enough to yield some fall colours. Spring warms up fast until May and is rainier than autumn for plants growing well.
The standard deviation is rather low in summer and medium in winter: a cold snap with snow and slightly below freezing highs occurs once every 2 or 3 years.

That looks a lot like Seattle but with reverse precipitation patterns.

With the exception of a few tweaks within it, that was my thought exactly.
