Interesting. My blood pressure has been low for decades - to the point where I had to be careful not to stand up too fast or I'd get dizzy and everything would go black. Since moving to the Olympic Peninsula, it has slowly crept up. It's not high, but it's 20 points higher than it was. I figured it was just because I wasn't exercising as much as I used to. So I started running again about 6 weeks ago. It will be interesting to see if my blood pressure improves or not.

I'm pretty sure it was a lifestyle change, and not the weather, that has caused your blood pressure to change. I've had high blood pressure for a while now, even when I was a very healthy weight when I was a kid and I'm from the tropics originally. So, at least in my case, the change in climate has not made a difference
