D to D- for being cool year-round, with summer highs around room temperature. I doubt much good heat is seen here on a yearly basis. Also too dry; multiply the precipitation by 3 to 4 and distribute it more evenly and I'd rate it higher.

Also, who stole the sun? 1,036 hours of sun per year is pitiful, especially for a climate this dry.

Well, at least it's not freezing cold or extremely hot year-round, hence why I'll give it a D-.

Although I originally rated this in 2013, my climate preferences have changed.

Winter mean / Summer mean / Seasonal range / Precip / Seasonal lag / Snowfall / Record range

40 / 65 / 39 / 17 / 100 / 18 / 48

Grade: 29.6% / F

The lone positive about this climate is its lack of seasonal lag. Summers are marginal and winters are far too warm. The dryness is the largest problem.

F. Too dull all year except July. Like San Francisco but much cloudier and drier.
