So funny that people bash London summers all the time and say that's what makes London's climate so bad, but this poll shows they're not that bad after all. I would never complain about mild summers, it's the winter cloudiness that makes me say NYC is better.

I vote for London, New York is just too hot and humid for me during summer.

London's summers are far more pleasant and more conducive to enjoying outdoor activities. No contest whatsoever.

Not everybody likes NYC style summers.
That could be true, maybe not everone like continental extremes, but on the other hand, looking the Chicago versus London climate battle Chicago had a wider lead... Our summers are basically identical to NYC's but our winters are significantly colder.

I can't stand the summers here. Hot, humid nastiness every day from June till September.

I'll take London easily.

New York City: London is lacking in the art of producing proper summer weather.

I like London's temperatures with NYC's precipitation.

Then try Wales...

Other way round would be nicer, that would feel like a real summer all the time providing it had NYC rather than London sunshine.

Lots of people on this forum and other forums seem to like mid 70s temperatures, so it's not surprising that London has votes.
