Yep still no 20°C day for May here, it was close though this afternoon with a high of 19.6°C.
If it will still not happen tomorrow, then it will happen on Tuesday.
20 so far this year, it's a very high value considering the average high for May is 15.7ºC
Beja and Évora in the south are having 20ºc plus highs for the last 22 consecutive days.
March: 3 days
April: 3 days
May: 11 days
June: 19 days so far
Total: 36 days so far. The forecast for the end of June is good so we should finish with another 9 days for this month. From July and August I would expect maybe 55 days, for September maybe 15 days and for October 3 days.

Feb: 1 (the 20th)
Mar: 6 (8th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 21st, 31st)
Apr: 24 (my first time in a Scion FR-S was one of the other 6 )
May: 26
June: all 22 so far (it's 12:29 am, but 74 F so I'm counting the 22nd). Almost definitely will be 30.
The likelihood of any given July day hitting 68 F / 20 C where I live is about the same likelihood of the airbag deploying in my 2011 Honda Accord if I were to slam it into a wall at 30 mph. The last time a July day didn't hit 20 C was some time prior to 1948.
