Turku, because its winters are cold enough for a long lasting snow cover and the precipitation is high enough to allow also for larger snow amounts.

And then also the summer is cozy with highs in the low 20s, pleasant nights and as a plus you also have a lot of sunshine there.

Turku. It has the warmest summers with Vologda, but much better (less cold) winters.

1. Turku
2. Vologda
3. Whitehorse
4. Magadan/Bergen
6. Nanortalik

Bergen due to having the mildest winters of the bunch. You could probably even coax windmill palms to grow there Impossible for the other options.

My choice for best climate at 60N would be Lerwick. Most likely mildest winters of anywhere in the world at 60N

Bergen or Turku. But these are all D or F climates, one being an all-out F-.

Turku. Nanortalik is too cool in summer, and Bergen, too mild in winter. The other two - too cold and dry in winter, Madagan's record high is impressive 26 C - even I need a slightly higher record high!
