I was just about to say I wonder which would win in a run off between dallas and new york only to remember that moscow voter would much rather vote for new york then dallas.
It would have to be NYC for me. Halloween isn't supposed to be hot and besides it's closer to Maine and those yummy lobsters.
Yup, NYC easily.
Fall is usually really nice here. We are running below normal since August, but still decent. We really don't have a well defined dry period, but late Sept/October is the average driest period. Quite different from the other seasons.
Off topic but those lobsters can be had from NJ and northward as well. Cape May lobster house has crates of fresh lobster caught fresh from well offshore NJ. I've had plenty of Maine lobster and couldn't tell the difference between MA, NY, NJ, etc.
NYC is very nice in October, but Dallas is perfect.
