The averages are great, but there is too much thawing and the coldest days are too cold. The snowfall could also be a bit higher. A-

92% / A-. Like the rainy spells and the cold spells. Would like a shot of -30C cold and maybe a little 10-15C heat wave thrown in for variety, but averages are great.
