We won't get that until may (if we're very lucky april).
It was actually way too abnormal situation. Our average is like 10c high and 4c low in february but we had spring like weather in last few days.Our climate seems to change due to global warming/cooling.
that 24,6c wasnt from offical weather station.It was frrom where I live.
