Sunny: 15°C/59°F
Cloudy/Windy: 18°C/64°F
Rainy: 20°C/68°F but this also depends on the intensity of rain, if its of higher density then i put a rain jacket over my t-shirt even if it is above 20°C.

I cant run errands without a sweatshirt below 65 F. My tropical skin cries for protection within seconds of exposure to chillness. Me and my friends never hang out when temperatures drop below 55 F. I got stuck in the bus stop yesterday night when it was 39 F, and in spite of wearing a hoodie with a woolen sweater and thermal undershirt, my body was frozen numb within minutes. Heck, my friend was shivering in a winter coat with gloves while waiting with me (granted he is also from the tropics).
Wow! Yes, I think I was built for the tropics, too. My hatred of wearing clothes and especially layers is what keeps me going with a t shirt for as long as possible.

Well, it gets into the 20s and 30s (and occasionally the teens) around here. Once it's below 30, I can't step outside without some kind of cover, merely because of the usual accompanying windchill.

But, on the contrary, I like wearing sweaters. If you pair them up right, they look cute, are fuzzy, and keep me warm. I prefer t shirts, but only when it approaches 70 F. Below that, I feel too cold, hence a nice, thin, long sleeve sweater fits me well. I hate winter coats though, teens are the average lows here in the winter, so there is no escaping winter coats.

In a T-Shirt outside right now. Air temp is 11C. It's Warm in the sun.
Was 0C earlier and needed a sweatshirt.

But in a month or so 0C wont feel as cold here. Skin gets used to the outdoor temps.

I live in Arizona so the daily question for me is just "short-sleeve tee or long-sleeved tee?" And BTW, no matter how hot it is, I don't wear shorts. They aren't becoming on me as I am neither young nor svelte. So the question there is "long pants with shoes and socks or capris with sandals?"

50's F, overcast/light drizzle would probably be my lower range of 'comfortable' in a tee shirt. Would switch to a long sleeve tee shirt lower than that if it's damp/overcast.

40's is fine if it's sunny.

At Least 24c for me to even think of wearing a T-shirt and shorts. At 27c that's when I begin to feel comfortable in T-shirt and shorts.

It depends on the time of year. If it has been 40 below for a week straight, then anything above freezing is t-shirt weather. If it a scorching hot day in July, I generally won't wear a t-shirt because I don't like getting sun burned.
