chilly. I dont see how it can be warm to anyone. Comfortable, yes, but never warm. But I guess everyone "feels" temperature differently depending on the climate they're used to

Chilly .

In winter its normal to reach 15 and below.

in Summers its an arctic climate in pakistan considering the 40-50 C we reach.
