In Australia:

The place with the most days above 30C annually I could find is Middle Point, in the Northern Territory. It's located about 50km southeast of Darwin and has 337 days per year over 30C, including 143 over 35C.

From the 22 district capitals it's Beja with 77 of such days, at 38ºN and 200 meters above sea level, and 90 km from the shore.

Some of the hottest valleys of the South probably average at around 100 days

In New York (state), it's New York City with 41.3 days above 30C/86F annually. Located at 40N and in the Atlantic Ocean.

The neighboring city of Newark (New Jersey) is inland and sees 52 days above 30C/86F annually.

In Northern Ireland we reach it like every 4 years or something. But I think maybe somewhere like Shannon down south will reach it every 2 years due to the Foehn effect.

The Bronx is the only part of NYC that's attached to North America. The other four boroughs are in the Atlantic.

In my province it's Fredericton at 9 days.

In Canada it's Osoyoos in British Columbia at 34 days.
