Miami, for sure. With a daily mean of 21.4 C° in December, it is perfect.

By the way, I wish I could live there.

miami on most days la during some hot days where it could bring high temps in winter. overall miami would be more reliable for sure

You're voting that neither including L.A. isn't warm enough? What about it's endless 80+ and numerous 90+ days all winter long? Isn't that warm enough for a dip in a pool?

nope because Miami is 74 in late dec, early Jan, and LA is 71 F during that same period, none of them average pool weather temps in Winter, yes both have multiple days of 80F + days in winter but its not average. for it to be outdoor pool weather it has to be 80 F +, but anything above 85+ would be better.

Will the pool get the morning sun or the evening sun? Will it be exposed to the North or South wind or will it catch a sea breeze? Will it be a chlorinated pool or salt water? I need more information for my calculations to be precise.
