You're voting that neither including L.A. isn't warm enough? What about it's endless 80+ and numerous 90+ days all winter long? Isn't that warm enough for a dip in a pool?

nope because Miami is 74 in late dec, early Jan, and LA is 71 F during that same period, none of them average pool weather temps in Winter, yes both have multiple days of 80F + days in winter but its not average. for it to be outdoor pool weather it has to be 80 F +, but anything above 85+ would be better.
Will the pool get the morning sun or the evening sun? Will it be exposed to the North or South wind or will it catch a sea breeze? Will it be a chlorinated pool or salt water? I need more information for my calculations to be precise.
