It's just from Gibraltar to French border.

I prefer Girona, for being the rainiest one in summer months. They also usually have quite summer thunderstorms.

Girona has the most seasonality and presumably the highest chance of snow, so I vote that city. Also, I think Wikipedia has it wrong calling Valencia "borderline Mediterranean." It clearly has a dry season in the summer with June, July and August all below 30mm of precipitation.

Alicante. If I can't have a real winter, warm is better than lukewarm.

Gibraltar.

But seriously, all of the cities have a nearly identical climate. I couldn't tell which was which after I finished looking at them.

Gibraltar for being the sunniest, having the most rain (but still dry) and having among the mildest summers. They're all good though.
