I am from Southern CA and this is my first time traveling to a cold weather place during the winter. Is a fleece sweater over long sleeve shirts and regular pants warm enough? This is a business meeting and we will spend most of our time in the hotel however we will have to walk 1 mile to a restaurant near a hotel for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday.
Do I need a scarves, thermal underpants and gloves? I don't have them right now. If needed, I can buy them on Monday as I will fly out on Tuesday.
