This is a climate battle which I like very much. Which climate is more suitable for you. Trondheim, Norway or New Haven, CT. For some reason, I would go with Trondheim, Norway. UGH, New Haven's air quality in summer is so disgusting, and there is also that unappealing haze over perennially choked I 95 traffic . Trondheim by a long shot due to fresher air and more comforting summer environments .
I would take inland CT any day over Trondheim. Windsor locks is not too humid, yet feels warm and refreshing in the summer. I loved the summer nights in Inland CT though. Warm enough for a t shirt, but cool enough not to sweat. Great weather .
Trondheim by far. Better in summer and in winter, although it's my understanding they've had a lousy warm winter this year. Summers in the northeast/Mid-Atlantic can be really disgusting, especially in urban areas. I like to actually outside and enjoy summer weather, so Trondheim is the place for me.

True. Baltimore & DC area UHI is just UGH in summer .
