Yeah, Temis.nl has you at 7.8 with a mere 293 DU of ozone. London has 8.0 with 298 DU of ozone. Sub-300 ozone levels is pretty rare north of the 40th parallel.

Temis is a lot more conservative than usual UV-forecasts. They almost never see us above 5. However, they also seem incredibly accurate as UV measuring sites here never see us above 5 either. Other forecasts aren't shy to forecast 6 for us.

6 here according to WOE. 8 according to Wetteronline.de and 9 according to WeatherPro on my Android phone. So which one is it?

Edit: DWD forecasts UVI 10 for today.

We might see 6 days above 30c in the next 8! Hopefully plenty more in July and August.

Certainly helping make up for all the years recently where we were lacking in 30c days. The past 10 years only averaged 2 per summer, with 2007 and 2008 not even recording any!

There is a lot of heat over Iberia, so hopefully some of it will move our way over the next 2-3 months. I think we are overdue a proper hot summer.

Definitely! We've had some good individual months, but the summers have still had terrible months in the mix (like June 2013, August 2014).

It's a sunny summer we are overdue more than anything, and this month looks like it'll be average at least.

Does look warmer than average according to the GFS for Western Europe

Next 5-10 days will be cooler than average here. Won't go above until the end of the month

I have no reason to complain though. First 2 weeks of June have been great here. In south Chicagoland, I have had 13 days above 30C. 10 days above 32C, 3 days above 35C, and one day above 38C

I can't believe how cool it's been in Greece. I talked to my cousins and they're complaining. They blame America LOL
