This is one of my favorite climates in the world. It gets a B+ from me. My main complaint is that the summers are a bit too cool, especially at night. Also maybe the winters could be a little more mild, but they're still good enough. Nearby Hakkari https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hakk%C3%A2ri#Climate has more favorable summer conditions.

Hakkari is amazing for Western Asian standards.

Interesting climate.

Very much like Ottawa or Montreal, almost identical monthly temps.

I has no idea that high elevation SE Turkey climates are like Canada

B. Good temps but a little too cold in winter and dry in summer.

Decent winter and it's a plus that it gets some snow.

It loses points for being horribly sunny and dry in the summer.

According to Weatherbase, Yüksekova has an average low of -16*C in January
According to Climate.data.org, Yüksekova has an average low of -11.5*C in January.

Both are unofficial websites that say different things about Yüksekova. Official averages of Yüksekova is not published by Turkish State Meteorological Service. Unofficial sources should be removed from Wikipedia.

Yuksekova, Turkey Travel Weather Averages (Weatherbase)

What Weatherbase and Climate.data.org say about Yüksekova is far from each other.
