What about last forumer to see 30C? I'd guess people from Estonia, NI, northern England/Scotland would be the last in that race as it is unlikely to even happen?

We may never hit 30C, but then again, we might.

So exactly half and half. It can go either way. A warmer period can result in successive years reaching 30C, like 1999-2003, or successive years only reaching 26-29C, like 2007-2010.

Probably would be, but almost certainly not the last.
