Here is from the site....
7Timer! is a series of web-based meteorological forecast products, mainly derived from the NOAA/NCEP-based numeric weather model, the Global Forecast System (GFS). 7Timer! was firstly established in July 2005 as an exploration product under supported of the National Astronomical Observatories of China and had been largely renovated in 2008 and 2011. Currently it is supported by the Shanghai Astronomical Observatory of Chinese Academy of Sciences. It was firstly designed as a weather forecast tool for astronomical purpose, as the author himself is a long-term star gazer and was always annoyed by fluky weather conditions.

As Dan said, it's based on data from a single model. So it's as accurate as other websites based on raw model data, like Weatheronline, Accuweather, etc. They're generally rather reliable in the short range, not much 5 days out or more, as models fluctuate from run to run. Things like the amount of rain that will fall or whether it will be cloudy or sunny can get tricky in certain situations. Best accuracy is reached when a whole array of models is taken into consideration by an experienced forecaster. Such forecasts are available on national Met Office websites.

??? It is as accurate as the GFS model. Is any one run of the GFS model accurate out to 15 days. No.

Hi I am a meteorologist at National Weather Service in North Dakota.... I think you live outside the U.S. But yes there are many website that pull the gridded data right from a certain model and then give it as output, such as temperatures, cloud cover, precipitation amounts, etc. Most models are usually pretty close within about 2-3 days of the forecast, but beyond that the differences can be great drastic, say between the American GFS model, Canadian GEM, and European model. Thus any site that relies strickly on one model for its entire forecast for 10 or 15 days (or whatever) is not going to be terribly accurate beyond day 3...but can be used for trends. In our forecasts we often use blends of model data or more importantly look at model trends.
