Tone A4 (code 57) = 440Hz
Tone C5 (code 60) = middle C in piano, around 523 Hz
So Tone G10 (code 127, highest tone in MIDI orchestrator plus) is 440*2^6 / 2^(2/12) = around 25 kHz
20 kHz is around tone D#10
Tried that on headphones in an office. Turned up the volume, and then someone else was saying "do you hear that noise, sounds like a bomb is going off?" I said nothing.
