Have you ever seen the movie Seven? Awesome! Twisted flick, but what an acting job!
Yeah I love that film! Ocean's 11 was one of my favourites, I also like money ball, but World War Z was a bit dissapointing.
Currently sunbathing in 28C weather.. been sunny for my first week here and that looks to continue.. I love Mediterranean summers Also managing to get a decent tan
Had way too much to drink tonight but, you know what they say, everything in moderation, including moderation. Forget about tomorrow morning. Helps you keep your sanity in this insane world.
Touché!
I have been drinking a bit this past week, although mostly wine..
Going to make some sangria tonight though, and then some pastis later, which is similar to sambuca
Exciting basketball game today. Finland vs New Zealand. If Finland wins, we clear our way to the playoffs. Especially exciting after the terrible extra time loss against Turkey yesterday. Finland led by 3 points, got two free throws and missed both. Then with 4.2 seconds left Turkey throw a brilliant 3-pointer, and ultimately won after extra time.
Shefki update for dean york. His team Honka has dropped to the relegation spot (only one team gets relegated). Half of the board got sacked or left voluntarily, and the remaining owners put a few hundred k € into the team so they can manage through the season, but they seem to want to get rid of their stock. So now Shefki and Spanish Pablo Couñago (ex Ipswich, Crystal Palace) are interested in buying the whole crap. The purchase fee will probably be very small, but the club has still an estimated €1.5-2 million in immediate debt, so it will be pricey on a former player scale. Not to mention that the first team runs on a least 40k monthly deficit (in reality maybe double that amount). And this is only the league license, the reserve team and junior teams are a different company (as is the norm in Finland), so they gain only the league (or 1st division next year) first team.
We'll see. But I would keep far away from that pile of sh**.
Oh, this was the happy thread. Sorry, unhappy would be more proper.

Hate losing to Turkey, whatever the game is.
Half time. 44-32 to NZ. Terrible game, the Finnish players are completely in disarray and the team is clearly totally dead tired. What a shame, but what can you do? NZ has played as many games, but the Finnish style of play is just too physically demanding, especially with the length deficit and the tough game yesterday.
Just kidding. Follow sports, and you know how it feels.
