No Mexico is warmer.

Hermosillo Mexico (91/63), similar latitude to Daytona beach is much warmer than anything in Florida.

from San Felipe south to Culiacan (91/64) (similar latitude range of florida) mexico is much warmer.

You went through how many stations in the US and Canada? I'm surprised it's available in a few files. And more that you managed to use Excel for processing the data.

I pasted the text file into Excel. Latitude is one of the columns. USA data is a little harder to work with because I had to merge a couple of files together. Environment Canada had a database file available online last year when they finally came out wih the new normals, but it disappeared shortly thereafter. Not before I saved it though.
