Yup.

Thought it would be pretty obvious after what I had posted in the Kansas City thread on the first page of the thread list. "D, too cold. They get temp swings in January."

Too cold?! You're in Winnipeg, that's typical late March or early April weather (or the whole month of April in a year like 2014)!

I said before, I do all my ratings based on ideal climate for me. Cold takes the points away. Those lows are cold.

Here's a relatively easy one. You can already eliminate 11 months of the year!

Hints: NOT a ThreadEx station, normal temps for this month are 60.1/48.6F (15.6/9.2C), compared to an actual of 57.0/47.0F (13.9/8.3C), and this month was the driest on record for that calendar month alone (where monthly records qualify for inclusion), but NOT driest for any month. That's all I'll give for now.
Since no one has managed to guess on the spot, my first post was for Yakutat, AK July 1920.

Bloody hell. The thought of KCMO didn't occur to me. Anyway, you've either selected a bad time zone offset, or Tutiempo is wrong. Here is Jan 2013 at Kansas City Int'l/KMCI from NOWData:

If those normals are correct, and given the large diurnal range, February 2011 in Amarillo, TX?

Correct, except that it was 2014. But 2011 was even more wild! Your turn now.

Streak of 80F+ lows that would make the last four summers in D.C. look like picnic. Normal (1981–2010) temps for this month from another district of the city is 33.2/24.7C, 135 mm of rain falling on 11.3 days, and average hourly (i.e. using all 24 hourly measurements) RH of 74%. Although the city is one of my favourite geographically, its summer climate is YUCK, which is a parody on the station name.

I'll post the month that followed as a hint if three or more people can't guess the location.

Yes. Feb 2011 had SIX lows of 0F or below and even an 81F high on the 16th! It was the month Oklahoma set its new state record low.
