Could we try to find out which city has the windiest summers?

I think Honolulu, San Francisco and Corpus Christi must be up there. But where else?

All of these average wind speeds in excess of 11 mph.

So far, I have Honolulu at no1 with 13.5 mph, followed by San Francisco and then Corpus Christi.
