Has to be Lisbon. Madrid is too hot and the other cities are too cool.

The past week in London has been cool and miserable below average.. I think the same is true of Lisbon, but going on a normal August, it would be in this order:

1. Lisbon
2. Madrid
3. Paris
4. London
5. Dublin
6. Reykjavik

Also, what is that site you got the temps from? I have been looking for one with St James' Park data on it for some time
