Patras has a Mediterranean climate. Winters are mild and wet and summers are hot and dry. The average year humidity is at 66,5 % with the lowest at 59,3 at August and the highest at 71,2 % at December. The lowest temperature in Patras was -4,5 C and the highest was 41,3 C. Snow is very rare and unusual occuring once at 10 years. Patras - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
C+. I'm not big on dry summers, but other than that, this climate looks good.
Would have thought snow would be more frequent there.
In coastal regions and regions that aren 't in high elevation in South Greece snow is very rare! The only city in Peloponesse region that has snowfalls in every year is Tripolis Greece. Also there are villages that are in mountains where snow falls every winter in cold spells.
A. Optimal climate, just a bit too hot in summer.
Btw, Alkis, are there seaside towns in Greece with an average mean of July/August below 24°C? It would be perfect...
The "coolest" ones I've found seem to be Corfù (Kerkyra) and Thessaloniki with 25.1°C in their warmest month
The climate is fine except June to September, love how increasing temperatures in "slow pace" during Spring season followed by mild winters make these months better.
No pre-season severe heatwaves. Grade C-

No the only places here that have average July and August below 24 are the mountainous areas or places with elevation approximately above 500 m. Our summers are too hot unfortunately.

Sounds a bit like NZ, Plenty of snow, but only a few small towns where it falls regularly. Only snows about once every 35 years or so where I live, but I can see it most of the year, on the hills.

Hmmm yes something like that. In Greece the only places that have some few snowfalls every year except mountains and high elevated places are the cities of North and Central Greece even in low elevaated cities or at the coast. For example the city of Thessaloniki which is coastal in North Greece has on average 6-8 days with snow.

That's a pity...with slightly cooler summers, much of coastal Greece would be my climatic paradise
