This is a small coastal town in SW Crete in Greece.It has an average annual temperature of 20.7°C and is Greece's warmest annually.Very mild winters and hot summers,particularly in terms of summer minimums.Abs minimum is +1.2°C
The town has an exceptionally mild Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot summers. According to the data provided by the National Observatory of Athens, Palaiochora receives 558.1 mm of precipitation annually (2007-2013). For the 9 year period of 2006-2014 (Oct 2006 - Aug 2014) the average annual temperature in Palaiochora is 20.7°C and is Greece's warmest area annually for that period from the network of the N.O.A meteorological stations. The town has recorded an all time maximum of 45.0°C in June 2007 and an all time minimum of 1.2°C in February 2008 , additionally on 27.06.2007 the town registered a stunning 35.8°C minimum

Although summer would be too hot, don't like the average lows of 26C, and being coastal it would feel worse than Miami with the humidity and constant sunshine.
However, the rest of the year is simply perfect, and the summers only need a few degrees taken off from the lows and highs to become ideal
The summer lows are ridiculously high. I'm guessing the humidity in the nights would be awful. The summer highs are too high - I wouldn't stand the constantly intense heat.
Props to the winter highs though, as they don't go below 16C (winters highs in Greece are usually below 13C, let alone 16C).

Yep nice winter highs however 13C and above is the norm from the latitude of Athens and as you go south Crete and Rhodes can reach up to 16-17C.So virtually half of the country is above 13C
I've never made a "rate the climate" poll for this climate, because the timespan is too short. (Just 9 years) But yes, even if there would be 1981-2010 climate data it would probably have the highest mean temperature in southern europe. ( Not counting places like the Canary Islands)
I'd give it a B, Summers are awesome, except the lows which are a bit too high, and Winters are a little bit too cold.
