And yea, I agree, I prefer warm winters and hot summers like in Brisbane or Cairns. But I'm just interested if there are any places with similar climate - it looks as though there are a few!
And what do you consider to be cold? I can run some numbers, and tell you which place has the most number of hot and cold days (summer and winter).

I would consider any max temp below 10C to be winter like.

This my personal temp ranges:

Frigid: Below 0c
Cold: 0c-10c
Cool: 11c-20c
Mild: 21c-24c
Warm: 25c-30c
Hot: 31c-35c
Blazing: Above 35c
Comfortable range: 21C to 34C
I also love temps above 34C but in moderation, only, like, every now and then...

This would probably be the average British persons temp ranges:
Frigid: Below 0c
Cold: 0c-9c
Cool: 10c-15c
Mild: 16c-19c
Warm: 21c-24c
Hot: 25c-29c
Blazing: Above 30c
Comfortable range: 16C to 22C

I'm genuinely warm blooded compared to the rest of my fellow Brits.

Using your standards, some places in northern Canada get 12 months of winter. If you want a place that gets summer and winter, then the following places get 3 months of summer (70F/21.11C) and 7 months of winter (50F/10C). This means they only get 1 month of Spring and 1 month of Fall:

FORT NELSON, BC
FORT MCMURRAY, ALTA
many places in Saskatchewan and Manitoba including PRINCE ALBERT, SASK, YORKTON, SASK, FLIN FLON, MAN, and GREAT FALLS, MAN.
Northwestern Ontario (KENORA, DRYDEN, etc.)

In the United States, you get the opposite with 3 months of winter and 7 months of summer. Examples: BLYTHEVILLE and CORNING, AR. Some places are 5 and 5 such as DINOSAUR, CO, WESTFIELD, MA, VERNAL, UT, pretty much anywhere in Iowa, & some places in Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, New England, New York, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Vermont, Indiana, and Pennsylvanian.

You're welcome!

If you are interested in those types of extreme climates you will most likely find them in China or possibly even southern russia. A good example is Turpan though there are many others.
