Difficult choice since I like both climates. My only qualm with both is the cool summers. I'll have to give the edge to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky for the higher precipitation.

Which would you prefer?

Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsk gets an excellent amount of snow. I'd assume Nikolskoye gets similar amounts, but the climate chart doesn't say. I guess I'll go with Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsk for slightly cooler winters and also better sunshine figures, but without significantly warmer summers.

Both are miserable and suck but if you held a gun to my head and forced me to choose, I'd pick Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky for more sunshine hours and an occasional sunny and warm day few times each summer which Nikolskoye never seems to get.

Both F, So cold for the latitude.
Petropavlovsk has an annual average of 1.9ºC, Galway in Ireland has an average of 10.6ºC at the same latitude.

I choose Petropavlovsk, bit warmer summers.

The second one due to precipitation and snow and little more sun. But both are not my types of climate.
