Is there any climate as far north as this with warmer summers?

I find those figures hard to believe when compared with this one, a bit south and inland:

Only 16C average high there in July

Impressive find! Seeing this july average this should also be the place furthest north with trees.

Probably.

North America can not match it.

Warmest I could find is Inuvik, NWT Canada with July avg high 20c / avg low 9c at 68.4N
Above 70N average summer temps are much cooler.

Interesting: July has a record low of -12 F but the average high is 73 F and the same as the average high in July in LAX (right by the coast of L.A).

A part of northern Siberia has the northernmost forest in the world due to high summer daytime temperatures, and this might be that area. Although those numbers look suspiciously warm.

Yes, very impressive.

Not to mention, a record high of 36C is just mindblowing at 72°N.
