Does the A/C even work at that temperature . Its best to turn up the heat when temps drop below freezing, because pipes may freeze.

I dare those who said always to wear short sleeves tomorrow in Atlanta. I bet you, it will feel worse than being hounded by thugs.

In Greece you don 't feel pleasant with short sleeved clothes if the temperature is below 20 C I don 't know why maybe due to the humidity. I start to wear short sleeve clothes some times in April when it reaches 20 C and more some days and from May I wear only shot sleeved clothes through mid October usually. Some times we wear light jackets too.

Depends if it's Spring or Fall.

In Fall, 60F is really freezing.

Between 50 and 60 (about 12C/54F) but also depends on the sun and wind.

72F/22C is the minimum temperature that most people wouldn't feel cool in short sleeves.

I wear pocket tees all year around at home, even with snow outside. I will put on a jacket when going outside, however, if below 40 or so. I'll run out quickly just to get the mail or put out garbage without it down as low as 20F. We keep the inside at 70 all winter, my wife complains that it's still cold, but I find it just comfortable in short sleeves, and we can still keep the highest winter gas/electric bill below $300 (3,000 sf house).
