From my perspective, you're pretty lucky. I actually want temps like those in Montana this week! I'd switch places with you any day of the week.

Send it to Europe then, we are still awaiting our first air freeze, lowest low so far this month was 37°F/ 2.6°C. Highs and lows mostly in the mid 40s to low 50s.

You haven't had a freeze yet?! Thought you would over there... We had night temps hover around 0C (32F) on Guyfalks night (5th November) this year, which was apparently the coldest night of the whole year so far for here! That was also our first frost of the winter, we actually had frost here near the South Coast of England!

We are still yet to have a frost..

At the moment my prediction of early December looks about right.

Some years it might, but I'm hearing reports of other factors overwhelming any warming effects of El Nino. If anything, it'll juice up that subtropical jet stream and give us plenty of Gulf systems to run into the bitter cold descending from the north.

Can anyone say S-N-O-W?
