I prefer Stockholm because Dubai is too hot (not only hot, it's hellish hot).

Dubaiiiiiii

Gorgeous winters, summers too hot but manageable especially with A/C, and much more sunshine than Stockholm.

Easy choice.

Dubai! Summers are too hot but the rest of the year looks very nice. Stockholm is a hellhole climate-wise.

As much as I dislike snow and don't care for below-freezing temperatures, I dislike living in an oven slightly more. Hyperbole? Sure, a little

Phoenix is bad enough half the year with its dry heat, I can't imagine those temperatures *plus* humidity. And it doesn't cool off as much as Phoenix in the winter, or at night in the summer. Ew.

Ended up picking Stockholm - It's a solid D or D minus, but Dubai drops into F territory for me.

Dubai.

Every month in Stockholm is too cold/cool for my liking, its average highs are typical low temperatures where I live (NYC).

Although Dubai's winters seem nice, I have to go Stockholm when considering the whole year. I'd rather put up with cold, gloomy winters than deal with that heat. Besides, at least Stockholm (looks like it) gets decent summers.
