F. I hate maritime climates. Cold winters and cold summers and way too wet and way too little sun.
A bit of a stretch to regard this as a maritime climate. Altitude is the main factor in shaping this climate.
Probably not as cloudy as you would think . I worked there, and days like the ones in the Wiki page photos, seemed typical to me. Thunder was very common during summer.
It receives copious snowfall in the winter, which is definitely a plus. Summers are nice and cool, which is good. Avg lows are below freezing for 7 months out of the year, which is also great. The winters are a little too warm, but considering the latitude they are still quite good. A real cold-lover's paradise should have a record low of at most -40C, so its mediocre record low of -23C prevents it from getting an A or an A+ (but, it is still very good for a terribly hot place like Australia).
