Exactly. I've been waiting a whole year for this.
For me -10C with a wind chill of -15C is exciting news, and I savor such weather by being outside for as long as possible (albeit with proper gear). I wish I could just move to Sakha or Northern Canada. This is (probably) an ideal winter month for me: Verkhoyansk (Dec 2014)
The light snowfall from yesterday seems to be hanging around surprisingly long despite the above freezing temps, rain, and fog. It will be gone later though with temps forecast to rise to 55 F/13 C.
