5.7C and rain/hail at 12:45, temperatures will probably fall back a bit this afternoon.
We had a slight dusting of snow first thing this morning, not much, but still the latest lying snow I've ever seen by a long way. We're forecast quite a few hours of snow tonight, so it will be interesting to see how much sticks.
I'd rather have had all this three months ago where it belongs, but this has still got to be the most impressive wintry spell this late in the year since the 80s
