A follow up to this thread since we have some snow on the map (not all that heavy though) I figure I do another poll.

A. Top left
B. Top Middle
C. Top Right
D. Bottom Left
E. Bottom Middle
F. Bottom Right

B has more blues even up to the heaviest intensity then it turns purple at intense 50dbz

C, D, & E catch where the heavier precip is falling quickly to the naked eye

E doesn't catch intensity below 15dbz so leaves out the outer edge of storm light stuff/virga

F is funky, looks more like ice but different and I just made it right now for the fun of it

I can pretty much make it all black, all gray, red and brown. Whatever. This is the actual radar at 10:50am this morning.

I allowed more than 1 vote just in case you had a couple of favorites in there. :-)

Blue and dark blue is the best color for snow. I choose the bottom middle model.
