Greater Washington, DC area. I guessed 36-39C since most recent years have been in that range but could go either way.

I hope it's less than 90F, like last year. Last summer was bad but bearable. 2013 was hell on earth.

I'll go with the 26 - 29 range as that's by far the most common in Vancouver, although the eastern suburbs will more likely be in the 30 - 32 range or maybe even the 33 - 35 range.

34 or 35 / mid 90s or thereabouts, very constant here, 2c above average can considered "heatwave" ore "extreme heat" here (avg high 32c/90f)

I'm not even going to guess!! Though would be cool if we had a couple of days above 40C in the UK during late July and August - obviously when I have days off from work to!!!
