Seville and Madrid too hot, Porto looks really something else than Iberian peninsula´s stereotype is, Valencia, Barcelona and Malaga have that Malta type of climate which are more comfortabele but where is not that much variation, thus Bilbao and Lisbon are my favourites.

Bilbao because it has some rain and it's not just an 8 day sunfest. Bilbao looks about 60% sunshine, which is good.
