Eau Claire is about 100 miles east of Minneapolis and 180 miles northeast of Madison. Eau Claire has a little higher precipitation days than the others (0.5 to 1 higher each month), all three have about the same total rainfall in summer but Madison is about 5% more humid than Minneapolis on average. My guess is it's closer to Madison.

Eau Claire has decent warmth without being excessively hot. Fairly close to my current location in the summer. Surprised that Edmonton is actually wetter than Glace Bay in precipitation days and almost tied in totals.

I'm sick of the heat.

Reading, PA; 85/65. Their Summer days warm enough; nights cool enough to sleep but not cold enough to fill chilled at sunset or when you leave for work in the morning. 4-5 inches of rain a month with some thunderstorms.

I like Prince George's summers.

Accidentally voted for Barrow though.

Edmonton, Barrow, and Glace Bay are all runners-up, and the rest are too hot during summer.

Out of these I'll choose Spokane but my real favorites are ones found just inland of the California coast
