So all athletes should go straight from high school to professional without getting a degree or gaining any experience against tougher competition?

What use is a degree to someone who throws a ball around all day?

Not everything should require a degree, and not everyone should be going to university. It's dumb.

Yeah he is VERY over excited and it annoys me so much. I read his posts and then I think that a major record is being broken and then when the actual event happens, it's like 'meh, big deal'.

Actually as far as American football is concerned, there is quite a bit of strategy going on with the offensive and defensive lines. One of the reasons it's so fun to watch is because one little mistake could cost you the game. Unlike most sports *cough European Association Football *cough*, both the offensive and defense of American Football are relatively balanced.

That's your mistake, if a major record was about to be broken it would be mentioned.

Americans on here annoy me in general. They think the entire world revolves around what is happening there - and they have the cheek to moan about us talking about our climate because to them it's tedious. News flash - I don't care if you find it tedious. I find Cambium's posts tedious but you don't hear me complaining about it.

What else do you expect us to talk about? You complain really often — it's annoying. If British posters wish to talk about their current weather in endless detail — that's fine. What's annoying to read endless arguements on why / why not British weather is awful / not awful — we all have a good idea of what its climate is, and arguing over small differences gets old.

He talks more about actual weather than all but a few people here —*I don't get the irritation; there's not many that add much in talking about details of the weather here these days.
