There will be other people there who know nobody - you're not alone.

Kind of can't be bothered staying if it's just gonna be like school all over again. I deserve more respect than that. Sick of people like that, you'd think they'd be trying to talk to everyone instead of being snobs.
This happens a lot with you. I've never had this problem with people, so I'm guessing the problem is you!
You're clearly not making an effort.

What do you actually do when you try and talk to people? When I started uni I was quite shy but had absolutely no problem whatsoever meeting lots of new people. Everyone is in the same situation.

Haha, he'd have to rapidly catch up with you guys though. Nothing's worse than being the one sober guy in the middle of a drunk crowd!

Agreed that the start of university is probably the best moment in life to start anew and make friends easily. Once you graduate it's just not the same anymore.

No. I got 20/25 (80%). It's not terrible, but I was expecting much better.

I guess you are in England right now.
Are there Erasmus girls? If so, just try to approach them as this way you will have more fun that you've never experience before. Keep in mind that they are foreign people, same as you are there right now.
