I predict that at the rate things are going, that the Indianapolis area could experience its first frost by late September or early October, with the possibility of the first freeze of the season being in early to mid October, and a growing season ending freeze by mid or late October in Indianapolis.

Heathrow doesn't get a freeze in most years. It only averages 1 day annually because they tend to cluster in cold winters.

London hasn't seen a freeze in 4 years.

Eh? Heathrow gets plenty of temperatures below freezing. Are you talking about ice days?

Yeah, Americans call them freezes apparently.

I thought it would've been apparent that I was talking about ice days when I had just predicted first and last frost dates close to average.
