What is the threshold of "tropical night" in your country/state/region?

I've read that South Korea has "min 25C (77F) or above" for tropical night - even lows that warm are uncommonly warm for places like Singapore, Jakarta (suburbs, minus the UHI), etc. By that definition, Singapore rarely get tropical nights (no more than 10-15 or so anually?)

I've also read a region whose tropical night threshold is 20c/68f...

Typical deep tropics lows at sea level usually hover from 23-24c, mid 70s F...

20C here. Realistically, only London and the South Coast from Southampton east, has any realistic chance of seeing such a night.

We don't use that term in casual conversation. I've seen it here defined as a night at or above 20c, so I assumed that was the universal standard.

Singapore's lows are 23.3 - 24.8 C / 73.9 - 76.6 F on average during the year. The 23.3 is in January and 24.8 are for May and June. I'd say Singapore has 25.0+ C / 77.0+ F lows a fair amount, maybe 50 times a year. I would say 20 C / 68 F is a reasonable threshold, 20 C is not uncommon in some equatorial tropical climates. But I would sooner raise the threshold to 21-22C / 69.8-71.6 F than lower it.

We don't have a term here for that. But I say 68 F / 20 C, our low is at or above that on average from June 23 - September 1. And our summers do feel pretty similar to tropical.

I live in climate very similar with S'pore, but maybe Singapore lows are a bit warmer due to larger UHI?

25C or hotter lows are very rare here, about once a month, but the frequency is higher last few months due to wildfire haze/smog

20C here.
Can happen all over the country, even in the far north around North Cape. But is rare in the far north.

Last tropical night at Trondheim-Værnes was last year, August 3, minimum/ low was 20.6C

This. Even America uses lower threshold, unconsciously I'm always applying the definition of tropical night is at or warmer than 25°C.
In Japanese Meteorological term there is a word "super tropical night" which the daily low temperature never fallen below 30°C overnight.
