Should we include Bermuda in all this?

Looks like National hurricane center thinking a Cat 3 or 2 as it approaches their area. Wonder if they are preparing or just thinking it will stay West...

Right now they are reporting Showers in vicinity with ESE winds

That's the end of South Carolina's drought, at least. A great site is U.S. Drought Monitor which updates about every two weeks. Its also good that we got the rain and wind now before the leaves really begin turning and start to fall here in the mid atlantic. Here's hoping for a good Autumn leaf season.

The cargo ship El Faro is missing with 33 aboard (28 US citizens, 5 Polish), and a Bolivian cargo ship the Minouche has sunk, but all they're 12 crew members were rescued by helicopter after abandoning ship.
