Hmm, I thought I replied to that or was that someone else that asked? lol. I could of swore I did it for NWS Albany.
Reports don't all come in at the same time but NWS Albany updates the PNS sheet couple times a day... They just did it at 7:08am. Since more snow is falling this morning and today they'll do it again this afternoon I think.
Don't forget to measure and report to them. The more reports the better

There's also this link but for the entire U.S so will have storm reports from all over. Usually the first ones are obviously for the current storm. Click on "Last Modified" to get latest.
